PosadMaxwan is looking for enthusiastic interns to strengthen its team! The company seeks urbanism, landscape architecture, or GIS students who are eager to gain work experience at a sustainable, international office.

What the Internship Entails

Interns will engage in challenging projects within an international team of urban designers, architects, and GIS specialists. Each day brings a new experience, allowing collaboration with different colleagues on a diverse range of projects. Responsibilities include working on development perspectives and master plans, addressing themes such as mobility, energy, biodiversity, climate adaptation, economy, and social communities.

Interns can express their preferred focus areas, and the team will explore the possibilities together. Coaching will be provided to help achieve professional and personal learning goals, and knowledge-sharing is encouraged. Additionally, regular (online) team activities are organized to foster connections.

Job Requirements

PosadMaxwan is looking for candidates who:

• Have a passion for designing beautiful, healthy, and inclusive cities;

• Possess an affinity for designing and researching at both the neighborhood and city scale;

• Are independent and resourceful while also comfortable seeking help from colleagues;

• Are pursuing a master's degree in urbanism, landscape architecture, GIS, or a related field;

• Have a strong command of spoken and written English;

• Have experience with Adobe software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD, Rhino, and QGIS or ArcGIS.
