With deep roots in spatial strategy, data analysis and urban design, the firm tackles real-world challenges, from mobility to climate adaptation.

PosadMaxwan was formed in 2018 when urban design offices Posad and Maxwan joined forces. Since then, they’ve built a multidisciplinary team of urban designers, researchers, architects, data scientists and strategists. Their focus? Making complex transitions workable and turning policy ambitions into spatial strategies and concrete design.

The office is structured into specialized teams: Urban Landscape, Masterplans & Vision, Vision & Strategy, Digital Cities.
